Our HOT 60/HOT 90 classes are the undisputed OG of HOT yoga classes. Keeping with tradition, this sequence incorporates 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises designed to build strength & flexibility, loosen joints, & reduce inflammation, along with a robust cardiovascular workout.

INFERNO Pilates+

INFERNO Pilates +is the hottest new workout in town. It's a fun, challenging, full-body, low-impact workout using the Pilates principles, light cardio & yoga breath work. Our INFERNO Pilates+ incorporates bands & light weights in a heated room with energetic music to activate the soul.

HOT Flow

Our HOT Flow class is designed to introduce you to alignment, mobility, improving balance, focus, endurance, & flexibility through mindful movements, transitions, & strengthening drills. Get ready to experience a practice that enhances your performance & restores your mind-body connection

INFERNO Sculpt

INFERNO Sculpt is the best of both worlds... a total-body workout plus a killer yoga vibe! A dynamic power yoga flow will get your muscles warm before you dive into a workout that uses weights, props, & body weight plyometric exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, & cardiovascular thresholds.

101 Flow

Our 101 Flow yoga class flows at a slowed-down pace, so there's time to explore individual postures & transitions in a warm room. Newer students find this class builds confidence, stamina, & familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment & dive into a deeper practice.

HOT Mamas

HOT Mamas provides a supportive environment to regain strength & connection to the body after childbirth & menopause. This addresses the unique needs of the female body with emphasis on deep core & pelvic floor strengthening needed during the major transitions women face in both their early & later years.
