For all classes, you must have a mat. For warm lessons or if you simply find that you perspire more than usual throughout your practice, we also advise that you bring a mat towel and/or bath towel. Mats and towels are available for rent from the studio for a charge if you don't have your own or forget them.
For all classes, there are shared props available. If you'd like, you can also bring your own or buy them from our store.
We have cubbies in each studio to store phones, shoes, and personal items while you practice. We recommend only bringing in essential items for practice and leaving valuables and unnecessary items at home.
